Required Qualifications:
This is an exciting way to utilize your critical care and med/srg nursing skills while experiencing new challenges and accomplishments! Meriter's Mobile Unit (float) PRN nurse floats throughout the hospital assisting other RN's with a variety of nursing related tasks. This position requires someone who is knowledgeable and experienced in nursing with excellent time management and communication skills. You will work within the inpatient and emergency service care areas to perform patient care procedures and skills acquired by professional nurse education. The RN provides direct nursing care and supervises delegated patient care tasks. The RN assists medical staff to ensure optimal patient care within established nursing standards and demonstrates a clear understanding of the scope of nursing practices at Meriter Hospital. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current Wisconsin State licensure as an RN. Current CPR certification or eligible to complete within 3 months of hire. At least one year of nursing experience within a hospital critical care setting is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
ACLS certification or eligible to obtain. Proficient computer skills
