REGISTERED NURSE – RN – ONCOLOGY – FULL TIME – DALLAS (MON-SUN) – 7P-7A
Oncology RN – Baylor University Medical Center – Dallas, TX
The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for prescribing, delegating and coordinating patient care. Accountable that patient care meets standards of safety, effectiveness, patient rights and guest relations. Supervises care delivered by patient care team; coordinates plan of care; provides education for patients and staff; collaborates with other disciplines; provides direct patient care for specific patient age groups.
This is a Registered Nurse position that works on our Oncology Unit at Baylor Dallas. Our Oncology Unit has 30 inpatient beds and 2 outpatient beds.
Our nurses need to be able to work with potential end of life nursing care, acting fast and effectively on their feet while providing exceptional bedside manner and support to both patient and family. Please apply to this posting if you sincerely desire a career in oncology nursing.

Qualifications:
Valid RN license required
BSN / AND degree
BLS / CPR
1-2 yrs solid RN experience
Exceptional bedside manner
OCN certifications a plus
Critical care / ICU background a plus!
