Director of Clinical Programs and Services (Nurse Practitioner)
The New York City Administration for Children’s Services is actively recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner to serve in the Office of Child and Family Health (OCFH). The incumbent will be responsible for the overall management needs of various clinical programs within OCFH and will assist the Assistant Commissioner in monitoring and evaluating the provision of health services to children in foster care. The Director will play a critical role in addressing various policies, procedures, and providing technical assistance to Children’s Services’ and provider agency staff on medical and physical health issues and practices. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Certified Nurse Practitioner license in Family or Pediatric Medicine, three (3) years experience in providing direct primary health care to children and adolescents and prior experience in the management and administration of health-related programs. A valid New York State license as a Registered Nurse, B.S., and M.S., degrees in Nursing, Public Health or a related field are required. Salary range is $56,158 - $149,791.
