Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Dialysis Center

Job Responsibilities: The following are the job responsibilities for LVN Provide nursing care to the ESRD patients Perform patient assessments, evaluate data and intervene as appropriate Initiate and terminate dialysis treatments of patients with permanent fistulas or grafts, or catheters, if approved be state agencies Administer medications per physician orders Collect patient data including status of vascular accesses, lab work, patient assessments and report changes to RN and Center Director Participate in the care center’s QA/CQI process Perform all duties assigned to the patient care technician

Job Requirements
Education: Current license for LPN/PVN in state of practice; lV certified if state required; successful completion of RAI’s Hemodialysis training program and/or successful passage of RAI’s competency checklist and Hemodialysis. Experience: A minimum of one year of patient care experience preferred. Renal Advantage Inc. is the fourth largest provider of dialysis services in the United States.
