Right now, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse.
Accountability Objective:
Responsible for providing skilled nursing to assigned patients. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates total patient care and coordinates patient and family teaching. Assures compliance with nursing standards federal, state, and local government regulations, and company policies. Provides goal directed care leading to specific outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:
·        Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
·        Currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional/Vocational Nurse in the appropriate   
      state.
·         Minim of one year of clinical experience as an LPN / LVN, preferably in home health.
·         Licensed driver in the appropriate state with available independent transportation and current auto insurance.
