POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN), the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides direct patient care. The LVN observes and documents the patient’s medical progress and nursing status changes under the direction of the RN. This position provides direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.

Skills / Requirements
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires the completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing program from an accredited school, current California State licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, a current CPR certification, at least one year work experience as an LVN/LPN, a valid driver’s license, proof of current auto insurance and registration.
