Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse needed for VMG-Williamson County Float Position: Possibility of working at any Williamson County Clinic. Requires graduation from an accredited program of Practical Nursing and current TN License; Monday-Friday; 8:00A-5:00P; 40 hour work week. (Position Number 205870)
Job description: Supports the Registered Nurse or licensed physician in the provision of patient care, to include delivery of patient care, collection of ongoing patient response to care, discharge planning and patient family education. The LPN works in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed physician as well as the overall Health Care Team to evaluate the patient's plan of care and progress toward goal attainment. All patient care activities are undertaken with the delegation/supervision of a licensed professional.
