Licensed Practical Nurses Needed for Facility and Hospice Relief Shifts!
Caregiver Services Inc, Florida’s largest Nurse Registry, is currently seeking LPN’s to work in Brevard County Nursing Facilities and with some of the largest Hospice companies in Florida. We have openings throughout the county working 12 hour shifts with the rewarding opportunities in ALF and Nursing Facilities as well as the personal one on one attention of Hospice work.
With Caregiver Services you can set your own schedule and work as many or as few shifts a week as your personal schedule allows.
We are currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurses!
Responsibilities include:
# Providing assigned nursing care
# Prepare and record clinical notes for the Clinical Record.
# Report any changes in the patients condition to the case manager with the report's documents in the Clinical Record.
# Perform assigned tasks, including the administration of treatments and medications in the care of the patient.
# Possess a working knowledge of the nursing process.
# Exhibit professional behavior and attitudes including empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and impaired.
# Perform within the limits of preparation and experience.
Skills / Requirements
# An LPN must be currently licensed by the Florida State Board of Nursing with license in good standing, have current BLS or CPR and complete the required CEU's for licensure renewal.
# Each candidate must have a TB test and work physical completed with in the last 6 months and proper personal identification.
# Previous experience with facility or Hospice work may be required
