My client one of the largest Health Care plan in the industry is looking for RN - temporary to hire
        1. Travel nurse
        2. Utlization management
        3. Care management
Responsibilities:
1. Program development, technology implementation and integrity, ensuring regulatory and accrediation compliance, program utilization and outcome reporting.
2.Ensuring all functions are operating in accordance with the organization's mission, values and strategic goals.
3. Day-to-day referral management request .
4. Timely and accurate determination and notification of pre-service, concurrent and retrospective referral requests
5. Perform telephonic physical, functional and psycho-social assessments
6. Provide back-up care management support for the other direct lines of business as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications REQUIRED:
• Associates degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with active, current, unrestricted California RN license, and valid California Driver's license, with adequate automobile insurance coverage
• Case Management Certification, Public Health nursing certification , Certified nurse practitioner preferred
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-- 2- 5 years Utilization Management/Case Management experience
-- Strong clinical skills with a knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques
-- Knowledge of health and/or patient education and behavioral change techniques
-- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc)
-- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good working knowledge of regulatory requirements/standards
-- Computer literacy and adaptability to computer learning
-- Time management and prioritizing skills.
-- Experience working with the Medi-Cal/Medicare populations, as well as members with acute or chronic disabilities.
-- Should have a Legal US work status
FOREIGN LANGUAGES:
-- Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
