Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains equipment.
Performs system checks.
Follows infection control procedures.
Inspects and assesses access sites.
Ensures quality patient control.
Assesses, make judgments and treats problem situations on dialysis related to blood pressure, weight changes, access patency, dialysis composition, diffusion time and anticoagulation according to established protocols.

Requirements for this job:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current license in practicing state
One year RN experience
Six months of dialysis experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be very analytical and have excellent problem solving skills
Time management skills
