Job Description

    * Assuming the responsibility for caseloads consisting of patients in specialty areas.
    * Conducting initial assessment and establishing the plan of care.
    * Providing one-on-one care that allows you to have an impact on outcomes.
    * Treating patients holistically, providing individualized care.
    * Communicating with physicians and facilitating discharge of patients.
    * Continuing to grow and develop nursing skills by serving a full spectrum of health and illness issues.

    * Educating patients to help them self manage their illness.
General Qualifications     
    * Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) granted by the State of Wisconsin.
    * Minimum one year of nursing experience in an acute care setting, three years is preferred.
    * Proficient clinical skills with the ability to make sound judgements.
    * Also must have Valid WI Drivers License, a reliable vehicle, and a good driving record.
