We’re looking for Asst. Nurse Managers for Med/Surg, Telemetry, and the ICU for afternoon and evening shifts. This is an awesome opportunity to advance into Nurse Management throughout this leading healthcare system. In addition, these positions will be working with an excellent and mentoring leadership team.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or BSN degree is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of expereince in the ICU, Med/Surg, or Telemetry units, with a year of leadership experience.
LICENSURE: RN license in the State of Michigan.
SKILLS: Leadership or charge experience in a hospital setting. Demonstrated skills and clinical competence in one of these specialties.
SALARY RANGE AND BENEFITS
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes: health insurance; dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, salary continuation and long term disability, flexible spending accounts up to $5,000 per calendar year; 7 paid holidays and one floating holiday after one year of service, vacation days accrual is 25 days which begins accruing on day one and can be used after 6 months of service. This position also includes a 403B Pension Plan with contributions beginning from day one and achieving full vestment after 5 years of service. Cash Balance Pension: Employer will pay 100%, with the amount of employer contributions based on years. There is Automatic enrollment on date of hire of service and base pay with full vesting after 5 years of service. The salary range is $50-75K, depending on level of experience and education. $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS WITH ONE YEAR COMMITMENT.
